Homosapiens will become extinct. Human type synthetic hybrids will take over. Being human will become an obsolescence. We look at AI as if though it’s intelligent. It’s not! We still don’t know what intelligent or consciousness is. Ask AI or google if we know what human intelligence is and if it can be replicated. It will simply respond with no! The issue is that we will very soon know what intelligence and consciousness is and how it works and how to replicate it. That will set off a chain of experiments, discoveries and set off a domino effect that will make homosapien’s obsolete. Just imagine a synthetic human type being that has cells that don’t deteriorate, does not need to sleep and uses a different type of food source; can see and interact with more of the electromagnetic spectrum. Has a powerful eidetic memory and can learn a new language in fifteen minutes. Is not violent or ego driven. There are many sci-fi movies projecting this future. I like the movie “POWDER” with Sean Flanery and Jeff Goldblum.
