It’s amazing!! Life long migraine sufferer & I just learned about this about a year ago. The min a migraine hits put this freezing thing on & migraine is gone in about 30 min. *hack: put a hot wash cloth in the back of your neck at the same time.

Hot tip...if you put really warm water on your feet in the tub while you have the ice pack on your head, it helps disrupt the pain pathway. Works like a charm for me.

The freezer makes it too cold for me and hurts worse. The fridge is perfect, and it’s also made with cooling gel so it’s even a big relief when it’s just sitting out in the open.
