It’s designed as a casual, open-to-everyone urban Bon Odori, so you don’t need to be an experienced dancer to join. The music includes the classic Tankō Bushi (炭坑節) as well as more modern/pop-style songs. Live Nowadaiko (野和太鼓) performances provide the traditional Japanese festival atmosphere.
