She was painfully underweight, shut down, and unsure of the world around her. Day by day, KPA volunteers spent time with her, offering patience, comfort, and kindness. Slowly, that scared little girl began to come out of her shell. We watched her learn that gentle hands could be safe and that people could be trusted. 🥺 Then Olive was adopted, and we thought her hard days were finally behind her. Just one month later, Olive was found as a stray—underweight once again and searching for comfort. Attempts to reach her adopters have gone unanswered. So here she is, back where her story began. But this does not have to be where her story ends. At only 2 years old, Olive deserves the chance to finally start the life she should have had all along. She deserves stability.
