@natural.born.heal: This simple root chakra evening bath is designed to help you slow down, feel grounded, and create a peaceful transition from the energy of the day into rest. The root chakra is associated with safety, security, grounding, stability, trust, and your connection to the Earth. When your mind has been racing or you feel unsettled, an intentional nighttime ritual can help you shift out of “doing” mode and into stillness. ❤️ Simple Grounding Bath Add to warm bath water: 🛁 1 cup Epsom salt 💜 4 drops lavender essential oil 🌲 2 drops cedarwood essential oil Mix the essential oils into the Epsom salt before adding them to the bath rather than dropping concentrated oil directly onto the water. Lavender is often used in relaxing bedtime routines because of its soft, calming aroma. Cedarwood has a warm, earthy scent that works beautifully with a grounding practice and can help create the feeling of being surrounded by trees, soil, and nature. You do not need both oils. If you only have lavender, use lavender. If you only have cedarwood, use cedarwood. The most important ingredient is still your intention. As you soak, close your eyes and take several slow breaths. Imagine the tension of the day leaving your body and dissolving into the water. Then visualize beautiful red roots extending from the base of your spine and the soles of your feet deep into Mother Earth. Picture those roots becoming stronger with every breath. Feel the Earth beneath you as steady, quiet, and unmoving. You don’t need to solve tomorrow tonight. You don’t need to replay today. For these few minutes, allow yourself to simply feel safe, supported, and present. If you work with the Violet Flame, imagine it gently clearing fear, worry, tension, and any heavy energy you picked up throughout the day. Then visualize a warm red light filling your root chakra and moving throughout your entire body. Repeat slowly: ❤️ “I am safe. I am supported. I am grounded in my body and connected to the Earth. I release this day and allow myself to rest.” Stay in the bath for about 15 to 20 minutes, then move slowly into your nighttime routine. Dim the lights, put your phone away if you can, and allow the grounding intention from the bath to follow you into bed. This gentle ritual combines root chakra healing, grounding, spirituality, meditation, essential oils, energy healing, and intentional relaxation without making the practice complicated or expensive. Sometimes feeling grounded begins with something wonderfully simple: warm water, an earthy scent, a quiet mind, and the decision that for tonight, you have done enough. #RootChakra #Grounding #EnergyHealing #Spirituality #SleepRoutine
