I'm not sure why they filled that lagoon with water when they're still under construction.That's something that I think they should have waited on.Considering it evaporates ten thousand gallons of water a day.Especially with this current heat

Sounds like a bunch of nothing so far. I have to admit, it sounds pretty disappointing. much like home sales at Cotino. Way too expensive and terribly high monthly cost to use everything.

cv residents are constantly being told to conserve water, follow restrictions, accept shitty water pressure, and somehow survive an insane housing market where the people who actually work and live here can barely afford a home! …but! somehow! there’s always enough water, land, and resources to keep building luxury developments with man made lagoons in the literal desert for snowbirds 😭 at what point do we start prioritizing the people who actually live here year round?
