I agree about the physical vs digital invites. It’s all online now and realistically, you’re the only person that will want to keep the physical invite. And maybe yalls parents might want one. That’s it. Digital isn’t bad etiquette anymore. It’s actually environmentally friendly!

Something that helped me with invites: can I have a comfortable enough to sit down dinner w just me and that person? If not, not being invited. We did private vows and first look and it was the most special part of our day. And it helped with nerves! We did traditional ones for everyone else.z It didn’t ruin walking down the aisle. We were still emotional all over again. congrats on being engaged! 💕

I love the women who made an announcement and made it a challenge of what table at the wedding would take the best picture with the bride/groom. They picked a song and had only that time to run to each table before the song was over. While the photographer did his thing. What a way to take a picture with everyone and not waste so much time doing it 🙌
