They do but a lot of that is more mountain towns and hobby farms where the real estate isn’t as cheap as somewhere like Iowa.

Covid made me realize being in the country is the safest and best way to live. You’re spread out, you have access to growing your own food, etc. so many options. With internet connectivity you aren’t left behind anymore being out in the country
