Yeah they shouldn't have told you that they could do it if they was not going to do it. I can tell you work hard on your work and you put your heart into it. I bet your customers are happy to have someone who actually cares about quality.

Hi beautiful, go back to the drawing board with them. Hop on a call & go over the specifications. Let them know that you’re not settling for anything outside of your design. This is unacceptable and who the heck do they think they are. I don’t see why’s complicated about sticking to the template. Get it how you want it and perhaps down the line, you find a manufacturer that honors your vision the first time ❤️

yes most definitely make them redo it. That is your art and how you presented it is how it should be made. Don't look like it is complicated. it's like they made it how they seemed fit instead of sticking to your blue print.
