There have been a couple of cases where this has happened, but this particular audio is not real. The woman pictured is Amanda Knox, who was tried in Italy for the murder of her roommate. The name on the audio recording, Kristen Smart, was a student who went missing over Memorial Day weekend at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. Fellow student Paul Flores was convicted of her murder in 2022. When 911 audio tapes are released to the public, the name of the victim is always censored out.
