I was Head of HR (Retired last year) for a big organisation and my door was always open day & night for staff - I drilled it home a business is only as good as it’s employees and no employee was ever to feel undervalued or pushed to breaking point. Id have loved to have put this Manager on a Performance Evaluation to give him a taste of his own medicine . Emma was fantastic the way she handled it and bullies have no place in the workplace! My HR was always staff focused
