I heard Repeated filing over multiple appointments can thin the nail plate. Thinner nails mean your nerves are closer to the surface, making heat and pressure much more noticeable. Because usually the gel nail polish, etc creates heat in itself or you could just be allergic. I was thinking I was allergic and I realize I got my nails done a lot, but it only burned for a few minutes while I was in the chair. But your nails look absolutely amazing. She did a great job.
