I rewatched No Way Home yesterday and was struck with the fact that right after he loses his father figure he loses his aunt and truly becomes an orphan AND THEN HE LOSES THE TWO PEOPLE HE HAS LEFT. In every universe Peter Parker suffers immeasurable losses but still chooses to be good.

Thank God, this movie actually dealt with his trauma like every Spider-Man comic does. It was really good to see Peter sad and for him not to get what he wanted at the end of the day.
