ABS THAT ARE ONLY VISIBLE AT 10% ARE UNDERDEVELOPED ABS. People massively underestimate ab training literally because of that quote « abs are made in the kitchen » Now everyone rushes to grab whatever ab routine pops up on their feed without questioning how effective it actually is. And yet abs are a fairly large muscle that assists in everything, it’s part of your core and involved in every movement. And for me it’s non-negotiable: building a solid core from the START (day 1 at the gym) makes EVERYTHING easier and changes your physique. One of my biggest mistakes is that i also kept underestimating abs until 2025. And the one powerful idea that changes everything is this: the more developed your abs are, the higher the body fat percentage at which they’ll still show. That’s the whole point. It’s not about becoming a bodybuilder, it’s about having great definition even at a normal, liveable body fat percentage. That’s the whole point of training for me personally, as I store fat around my belly, and without building the muscle, I’d never get the chance to change my shape like this. Like every muscle, abs are hidden under fat, but while you can control your bf% (to an extent because you have a life, a job and responsibilities) you can ALSO control something that is much easier to control, it’s how much muscle you build, and that determines how early they start to become visible. Summer is approaching, so i’ve got a special discount for summer 30% off my best seller program Belly Fat Shred updated for 2026!
