@darrellschoppe: So many people are misinformed about seeing raccoons during the day! Seeing a raccoon during the day is normally not a sign of rabies as a lot of people think! Raccoons are mostly active at night, but healthy ones often come out in daylight to look for food, search for water, or care for their babies! We have several that show up all the time during daylight hours, and most of them are mothers that are healthy and hungry and they know our back porch is a safe place to come get food and water ❤️ #raccoon #raccoonlove #nature #naturelovers
