You can’t normally control the outcome, but how I see the outcome or how I view it can change my experience of that set situation. This is something I’m still learning. But it’s true. Internal dialogue and what we say to ourselves can bleed into our life’s as well. It’s important for me to keep the dialogue healthy and to not get sick over certain situations that aren’t going to serve me in the long run!
