@cableguywoody: When I find out a tech ONLY knows how to terminate Pass-Thru RJ45s… 😂 So you’re telling me if I hand you a regular RJ45 connector, your entire career comes to a screeching halt? 💀 No little wires sticking out the front to guide you? No special crimper cutting them off for you? Now we’re just standing there staring at eight conductors like somebody handed you a Rubik’s Cube. 😂 Pass-Thru connectors are great—I use them too. But if they’re the ONLY way you know how to terminate… we need to have a conversation.
