The problem is easy to resolve. Give Morocco their City back. You don’t want Morocco to be part of EU, that’s fine. EU pays Morocco every year so they can stop all African immigrants from entering EU. They’re trying. Morocco and Spain should talk, not EU and racist people that just hate.
