not easy my mom lived alone up until the age of 85 she came to live with me 3 yrs then she passed but it was not easy she just cud not live alone any longer

I disagree why i says that it depends from the upbringing from their grandmother im 66yrs im leaving with my kids yes we do fight but immediately all is well.i have my freedom im sleeping alone in house they have their own no disturbance its a rule

I live with my children but in my own granny's cottage. very independent and can wake up at my own time. Not lonely with grandchildren xand friends visiting. if I don't feel well they are there to assist. i cook for myself sometimes. I've joined seniors club and I am not solely dependent on them. Thanks for sharing your opinion

I’m very happy living with our adult children. We share many of the chores. We help care for their baby. I do most of the shopping. My daughter cooks great. I am Not that hungry. We all exercise. Life is great. We have been doing this for a year now.

I am an African man and I totally and frankly disagree. This is capitalistic thinking. It is called love, family unity, dignity. integrity and support of the elderly. I live with my wife. both of us are 69 and 67. We live with our daughters and life could not be happier. They have their priorities of course but nevertheless a barrier to peaceful life. Money is not everything. It is imperialistic and capitalistic thinking. Too bad fir the West!
