Aldi salmon fillets are excellent, in 6 years never had a bad one. Loving the info especially about the celery & garlic

one thing I learned is that frozen veg mix are preserved at their peak. I can easily have the holy trinité with froz veg. without spending too much. saves time and money.

Aldi has EXCELLENT frozen fish and chicken for low prices. I get 3lb of chicken thighs for about 8 and 1 lb of salmon for 8. There's nowhere cheaper than that
