Ô Allāh, facilite-nous la mémorisation du Qur'an et la bonne compréhension de ses sens, et fais-nous en bénéficier dans ce bas-monde et dans l'au-delà. 1 : 'Innā 'anzalnāhou fī laylati l-qadr / Nous l'avons fait descendre pendant la nuit de Al-Qadr. 2 : Wa mā 'adrāka mā laylatou l-qadr / Et que sais-tu de la nuit de Al-Qadr ? 3 : Laylatou l-qadri khayroun min 'alfi chahr / La nuit de Al-Qadr est meilleure que mille mois. 4 : Tanazzalou l-malā'ikatou wa r-roūḥou fīhā bi'idhni Rabbihim min koulli 'amrin / Durant celle-ci, les anges descendent ainsi que Jibrīl, sur ordre de leur Seigneur pour toute chose prédestinée par Allāh jusqu'à l'année suivante. 5 : Salāmoun hiya ḥattā maṭlaʿi l-fajr / Elle est paix et salut jusqu'à l'apparition de l'aube.
