Cops, do you understand that they cannot solicit a trust pass? Which means they're not allowed to go up and go, do you want these guys trespassed, you have to be the one that says I want them trespassed, and even with that, you have to give the person the time to remove themselves after you ask them to leave. There is no need for I. D. There is no need for any of that.\n I really believe cops do not understand the whole trespassing thing and yes, in some states you do not even have to step on the property to be trespassed. However, the business has to be the one. That presses that issue, cops cannot ask them if you want them trespassed.That is soliciting a trespass , and that is illegal.
