Doctor, my urine is always yellow/ brown, I used to observe foam in it too, but immediately I flush the toilet they disappear or even I leave it for about 15 minutes before flushing,they will disappear too.I used to very weak and tired especially when I wake up. sometimes I noticed puffiness in my eyes, back pain too. All those started Last year, but I thought it was due to stress. But I went for test in February this year, I did a kidney function test and urinalysis, my kidney function test is normal and the urinalysis test is okay
