giving exposure therapy a try in my 30s because why not 😂 as a content creator who’s been talking about games for years, I feel like there’s so much more I want to share than just games, but my confidence has always held me back. I’ve always been incredibly critical of myself. like with how I look on camera, not having an “aesthetic/b-roll” lifestyle, even the way I speak. there have been so many times I’ve stopped myself from posting things I genuinely enjoyed just because I was worried about what other people would think. I even posted a video about my skincare routine recently and it made me ridiculously uncomfortable (which you’ll probably notice in the video). but I’m turning 33 this year, and I don’t want to feel that way anymore. I want to be more confident. I want to stop overthinking everything. I want to do things before I feel ready instead of waiting until I feel perfect. and if you’ve ever felt this way too, maybe we can both stop waiting to feel ready and just start? 😌 or idk I’ll probably delete this later cause I did film this during ovulation so future me may not agree with any of this 💀

First impressions will last a lifetime. My father came to this country as an immigrant not knowing the english language. He knew it wasn’t going to be easy for him. Everyday he went suited up to work. He was a nyc cab driver and everyday he would dress up in a suit to give his customers the right impression when they first jumped in his cab. He took pride in his work and growing up seeing that I followed up in his footsteps. Most of the time when it comes to business I dress up in a suit.
