had to pause bc i could cry rn thinking about how i’m so proud for a stranger! i’ve had dermatillomania for 13 yrs n i am trying to lessen how much i pick (and ideally quit it ofc eventually) lately, and it’s been so hard. i’ve had a really bad last few months w it being severe but anywho i am sooooo so proud of u for being able to resist. it is genuinely so inspiring and motivating and u are doing so good!! progress not perfection helps me to think about 💌⭐️🌷🫶🏻
