This was probably made during the start of the construction suburban tract housing where each house was exactly the same and by this point the worker shown has probably built the same house about 30 times so he could do this in his sleep

This was a manufacturer demonstration film. He's moving fast here cause he's handling small sheets. Full and long sized sheets would go slower and often require 2 or more people.
