He speaks for his experience and if he talked on the other aspects instead of what he experienced then he is not being real. Respect that he is being real and if his methods are not conducive for you find a different person who has had a similar experience as you. Let the man do what he does. I’m a healing avoidant (I’ve been in therapy addressing it for two years) and I don’t care what avoidants say, they need to be called tf out! So many of them know exactly how terribly they’re making people feel and yet continue to seek out those connections. They’re selfish and their behaviour is diabolical.
