@kundunpasang: 📍 SANJEN VALLEY, ITINERARY 🌿 ✅ Day 01: Drive/Ride from Kathmandu to Tatopani (2,607 m) via Dhunche or Syafrubesi, Rasuwa. (Approx. 9 hours) ✅ Day 02: Drive/Ride to the Sanjen Khola Hydropower Dam site (approx. 1 hour), then trek to Mhe-Sanjen (3,850 m), one of the two Sanjen areas. ✅ Day 03: Trek to Jyu-Sanjen and then continue to Dilpu Lake. ✅ Day 04: Trek back to Tatopani from Jyu-Sanjen. ✅ Day 05: Drive back to Kathmandu. (Approx. 9 hours) 🏕️ Note: I would recommend a camping-style trek, as there are no lodges or homestays along the route. However, it may be possible to stay with local nomadic communities (भेडि गोठ, चौरि गोठ) in the Sanjen area, depending on availability and permission.
