She called multiple pharmacy’s the night before because all of her children had constipation, she wouldn’t have done that if she had been planning on kilind her children the next day. He’s husband the next day went to go and get medication but also went somewhere else, he walked into the pharmacy with trainers on, but then 30 minutes later walked into the other place with trainers on. This means that he must have come home in the middle of the two to change the shoes, meaning that he was home at the time of the murder. He claimed that the woman said that the children were tied up in the basement, but his first instinct wasn’t to go check on them, in fact he called 911 first and when the came they went to the basement and they were tied up in technical sailors knots and coincidentally he is a sailor so he would of course know how to tie those knots. Her body temp was 82 degrees and he said he found her 30 minutes after she tried to suicide, but he body temp couldn’t have dropped that fast. Her finger prints were not found on the exercise bands but his were which just shows that he was the last person to use them so he must have at least tried to kill her with them. Her injuries show that something must have been slammed on her neck but she couldn’t have don’t that to herself so he would have had to do that and then pushed her out the window. So he had to have done all this
