nah go for it who cares if hybrids are effected they still use same roads. atleast now likes of boats foserty an every other machinery isn't paying tax to fix roads they never touch. way fairer system.

actually i like this, we could also add acc to this as well, and remove rego cost and fold it into the ruc payment. Then we will see true cost of petrol and not worry about rego. and the taxs will be related to km driven not the efficiency of the car.
