we have just brought our 8 week vizsla home and its been a hard 5 days so far. toilet training great but the biting and destructive behaviours are intense. we use toys but not sure what else x

having puppy blues with crate training atm, when she’s sleepy i can put her in no issue but when she’s wide awake and i put her in she just criessss and cries 😭😭

I’ve been crate training during the day for 2 days now. Lots of rewards for going in and for no whining. But the minute that door is shut it’s GAME OVER! Hellllllp

For the crate training especially at night we have had my puppy for 3 dats now 2 nights and last night she was HOWLING like so loud we were scared the neighbours were going to bang on the door and make a noise complaint🙈 so anything we can do cause we don’t want her to learn that everytime she cry’s we will come and if she cry’s louder we will but when she’s howling like that we can’t just leave her so idk what to do

when you crate trained did you have them outside your bedroom? I’m trying to crate train my 9 week old now and he CRIES we have today started forcing naps in the crate so it’s not only going to be overnight it will be enforced naps and when we go to work, his first night in the crate tonight and I’m dreading it… we are planning to leave him in the living room😭 also how did you defeat the biting because I can’t cope with these little teef biting me

We brought our puppy and her crate upstairs in my parents rooms and she’s stopped crying but AGHH we are worried that she will get used to it and cry all day or evening if we go out and leave her in her crate 😭
