This content is stolen, but I know the lore, so I’ll explain it to you: in this world, Mega Evolution is a very dangerous type of disease that causes Pokémon to lose control and become extremely aggressive. Although there are ways to manage it (this only works for Pokémon that canonically have a Mega Evolution), the Sylveon in the video began suffering from this condition; she abandoned her family and is currently confined, as she is at the peak of the illness and becomes even more aggressive toward Dark-type Pokémon.
