الصلاة عمود الدين وأركان الإسلام الخمسة، وتُعد فرضاً على كل مسلم ومسلمة. أما عن كيفية الصلاة الصحية، فيجب الإشارة إلى أن الصلاة بحد ذاتها هي برنامج رياضي صحي للعظام والمفاصل والعضلات، لكن "الصلاة الصحية" تتطلبالصلاة أداءها بخشوع واطمئنان، مع التركيز على استقرار وحسن أداء الأركان كالسجود والركوع. خطوات الصلاة الصحيحة: النية: تكون محلها القلب، ولا تحتاج إلى تلفظ. تكبيرة الإحرام: ترفع اليدين بمحاذاة الأذنين وتقول "الله أكبر". القيام: تقرأ الفاتحة ثم ما تيسر من القرآن الكريم. الركوع: تخشع وتردد سبحان ربي العظيم الاعتدال من الركوع: تقف مستقيمًا وتسمع للمصلين. السجود: تسجد مرتين في كل ركعة مع الاستناد على المساجد السبعة (الجبهة، باطن الكفين، الركبتين، إبهامي القدمين) وت تردد "سبحان ربي الأعلى". الجلوس بين السجدتين: تجلس جلوسًا مستقرًا قبل الانتقال إلى السجدة الثانية. التشهد: تقرأ التشهد في آخر الركعات. فوائد الصلاة الصحية: تزيد من الطمأنينة والثقة بالله: تزيد الصلاة من الشعور بالسكينة والطمأنينة والثقة بالنفس. تنهى عن الفحشاء والمنكر: تمنع الإنسان عن ارتكاب الذنوب والمعاصي. أفضل برنامج رياضي: تُعتبر الصلاة برنامجًا رياضيًا ممتازاً لصحة المفاصل والعظام والعضلات. أسئلة أخرى ما هي أهم المعلومات عن الصلاة؟ الجواب: الصلاة عمود الإسلام، وهي أعظم الفرائض وأهمها بعد الشّهادتين، ومَن تركها فقد كفر -نعوذ بالله من ذلك- يقول النبيّ العهد الذي بيننا وبينهم الصلاة، فمَن تركها فقد كفر، ويقول اي بين الرجل وبين الكفر والشرك ترك الصلاة. فآثار تركها:الشقاء#عبدالرحمن_مسعد
