Located on Dundas Street West in the Little Italy 🇮🇹 area. known for creative pastries, artisan breads, sandwiches and indulgent vegan bakes The mastermind Logan Dunn 🧑🏼‍🍳is behind all these crazy creations and his personality alone makes you want to keep returning 🔁 WHAT I GOT : CHEDDAR 🧀 BAY BISCUIT 🍪 from reading the description I was abit confused to what it was … as a non local never heard about the famous ‘Red Lobster version ‘ that I’m aware isn’t vegan but funnily enough my parents dined there during our trip and let me know it’s very similar after they stole a taster of this Safe to say it completely surpassed expectations! It had a brilliant cheddar style flavour, with a texture somewhere between a scone, bread roll and a biscuit - crumbly, soft, savoury and seriously moreish. Pizza 🍕 Croissant 🥐 basically two of my favourite things combined into one! ☝🏻 Such an inventive idea. At first glance it looked like it wouldn’t have much filling, but don’t let appearances fool you it was absolutely packed with flavour. The pastry was beautifully light, airy and pillow soft. Never seen this concept before and left me questioning why ? as it totally works Just look at that lamination ! Strawberry 🍓 Cheesecake Braid 🍰 Saving the sweetest until last, I initially thought it was going to be doughnut like but it was actually much denser and chewier, almost like a bagel 🥯 with a rich, creamy filling running through the middle. And the size?! It was literally as big as my head! 😂 Super satisfying and delicious dessert hybrid Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, grabbing lunch, or treating yourself to something sweet, you’ll be completely spoilt for choice. From soft, pillowy cinnamon buns , tiramisu , cakes , sandwiches and savoury buns, every bite is packed with flavour and made fresh with quality ingredients. Yes it’s vegan but give it a shot , it will surprise you ! The cosy atmosphere, friendly team and beautifully displayed bakes make this a must visit while exploring Toronto. Not only was everything delicious, but the portions were huge and the prices were fantastic too. Amazing quality, incredible value for money and plenty of reasons to keep up with the seasonal specials .
