no hate to the creator but your dead skin cells don't stay on your skin they're removed through a natural process. it would be correct to say that you need to bath for your skincare to work, you don't need to chemically or physically exfoliate your skin for it too work. and the skin is a protective layer and products just enter only the first layer of your skin
