USA is not safe any more. Human life doesn't matter a lot, if things go unlucky cops kill you. Weapons and drugs... and cops / ICE agents that are not trained and are not willing to take smallest risks made it what it is today😞

they stood over him and tasered him again he never showed any danger at all excessive uncalled for first they should have verbally a person should not be jailed cause they have mental health problems whats out ov his control they should be sacked end ov a serious abuse ov power just cause you touch a car does not mean your gonna steal it wrong wrong wrong even her next to him looked shocked at the taser

A Country is judged on how they treat the citizens who are sick, ill, disabled etc. This guy showed no malice from I can see, I would have wanted the police to talk to him for a while and attempt to reason with him. As a father of an autistic daughter I find this clip very disturbing, come on American, do better.
