@margot_prts: Recovery — Holiday Edition 🩼☀️ Beach days… with two crutches. Swimming… without the feets. Bike rides… with a walking boot. Walking around… but never quite like everyone else. From the outside, it probably looks like I’m just enjoying my holidays and making the most of it. And in a way, I am. 🤍 But behind every little moment there’s still pain, limitations, adaptations, appointments, and the reality of not being able to walk normally yet. This recovery has already meant surgeries, months of crutches, countless hours of rehab and learning to be patient over and over again. I’m still not where I thought I would be. I still have a long way to go. But I refuse to put my life on pause until my ankle is better. So this is what recovery looks like for me right now: not perfect, not easy, but still full of sunsets, swimming, laughter, adventures and memories. 🌊 Recovery, holiday edition. 🩼✨ #ankle #injury #surgery #holidays #recovery
