Personally I think social services need to be given more power to deal with these situations. Why should a good dad go into debt because of his evil ex? It isn’t fair. Court should be for abusive exes and vile parents, not good dads that are being abused by their ex. Social should be able to step in and take control and put something in place and if it gets worse or the ex goes against it, social should be able to apply to court to remove the child from the abusive parent and give full custody to the parent that isn’t abusing and alienating the child and then the bill should go to the parent abusing the child

What about when they are a rubbish dad & a rubbish husband that’s why you left 🙈 women watch men be shit dads then people expect you to just leave your kids with them knowing how they are, just because society says so. If they are a shit dad in a relationship/marriage, they aren’t going to be better single! Then where do women stand? I’m all for dads being part of kids lives, but not because it makes them look good to problem around them.

Child custody should be 50/50 zero child support as standard. From that standard position every case can change depending of individual circumstances

the parent refusing access for No reason apart from adult conflict..they still asks for CSA thoigh...why does the parent just get away with this but the money is good enough. I so feel for many children having a parent branding the other parent through bad mouthing

This!!! Current partner currently battling to see his kids. Mum has made awful untrue allegations, however none against the children, even have messages where shes said hes a great dad. but family court have dragged this out for 20 months now and he hasnt been able to see them. Some exs are just horrid humans
