@yakultyz: Tiramisu #fyp #baking #Tiramisu Ingredients For the coffee mixture: 1½ cups strong coffee 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For the cream: 500 g mascarpone cheese ½ cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup whipping cream For the layers: 24–30 ladyfinger biscuits 2–3 tablespoons cocoa powder Procedure 1. Prepare the coffee Make 1½ cups of strong coffee. Pour the coffee into a bowl and let it cool. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Stir until the sugar is fully mixed in. Set the coffee aside. 2. Make the mascarpone cream Put the mascarpone cheese in a large bowl. Add ½ cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Mix until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Make sure there are no large lumps of cheese. 3. Whip the cream Pour the cold whipping cream into a clean bowl. Beat it using a mixer until it becomes thick and fluffy. Stop when the cream can hold its shape. 4. Mix the creams Add the whipped cream to the mascarpone mixture. Gently fold the two mixtures together. Continue until the cream is smooth and evenly mixed. Do not mix too hard because the whipped cream may lose its fluffiness. 5. Make the first layer Prepare a rectangular dish. Take one ladyfinger biscuit. Quickly dip it into the coffee mixture. Take it out right away so it does not become too soft. Place it at the bottom of the dish. Repeat until the bottom of the dish is covered with ladyfingers. 6. Add the first cream layer Put half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers. Spread it evenly using a spoon or spatula. Make sure the cream covers the whole layer. 7. Make the second layer Dip the remaining ladyfingers quickly into the coffee. Place them on top of the cream. Arrange them closely together to make an even layer. 8. Add the final cream Spread the remaining mascarpone cream over the second layer of ladyfingers. Smooth the top with a spoon or spatula. Make the surface as even as possible. 9. Add the cocoa Put the cocoa powder into a small strainer. Gently shake it over the top of the tiramisu. Cover the entire surface with a thin layer of cocoa powder. 10. Refrigerate Cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid. Place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 4–6 hours. For better results, leave it in the refrigerator overnight. 11. Serve Take the tiramisu out of the refrigerator. Cut it into square pieces. Carefully place each piece on a plate. Serve while cold. Thank youuu!! requested by: @hm_zak\(‘’)/
