Everything that we artificially made in a lab has been vigorously tested if it’s safe in doses that are put in food. Yes some artificial additives can be bad but a huge majority are fine if not overeaten. You aren’t cutting down your lifespan by eating a chocolate bar every once in awhile. For the argument that vegetables are bad for you there’s no research remotely proving it. We have been studying vegetables decades now and there is nothing that would be detrimental to health in them.

I found his video and your wrong about him avoiding his argument because the whole thing the first guy is talking about is that we shouldn’t be eating veggies because a baby know that they shouldn’t but they should eat fruits and he was talking about the first part and seeing the rest of his content he isn’t against eating fruits so why would he argue against that

it's almost laughable too. I remember when I was just brainwashed as this guy and it almost seems like he has a convincing argument. but then in the response when he's presented with the fact that they put chemicals in the food to make it taste good because it's literally overriding our natural senses, he dismisses it as if that's not one of the primary causes of obesity leftists will literally argue against a point that next week be completely in favor of just depending on who they're trying to dunk on at the time

The video you cut isn’t “some random other thing”, it’s arguing the first point of “if vegetables are good why do babies spit them out” and he responds by explaining why babies spitting out food isn’t indicative of health or even taste in scenarios. Because the point of babies like candy is to point out the logical failure of basing health off what babies eat
