The AI step is just another machine — pages in, pages out. The pro move: make it answer in labeled pages, not a paragraph — CATEGORY: wedding inquiry, URGENCY: high, DRAFT: the reply in your voice. Now its thinking is mappable. AI output plugs into anything — body → DRAFT, CRM tag → CATEGORY. Apps can't tell your typing from AI's thinking. Once it's a field, it's a field. Branching — the URGENCY page splits the line: high → your phone buzzes, low → morning summary. The AI's judgment becomes a switch other machines obey. You're on the belt too — the approval step pauses everything and waits for your tap; your yes is just another field. Ten seconds of judgment instead of an evening of typing. Plus the one habit that teaches this faster than any tutorial: run one real thing through a flow, then click each step and read the envelope — what came in, what got added.
