Bryce papenbrook had the same problem Friday and they had to hurry him up Saturday I waited a hour in accessibility then stood about 30 minutes extra I wasn’t complaining as he was talking loads but that was the issue ita not always because its disorganised it’s the celebs are taking like 10-20 minutes talking per guest he spoke to me for 10 minutes ita a double standard, everyone complains because he’s taking to long but if he says he has to hurry up or it’s shit greeting everyone complains, I say this to everyone go to your autograph as soon as you get there get priority ticket entry and get to the autograph as your first thing

they massively underestimated how popular it was..i do know Charlie should have left at 6pm, but stayed till 7:30 signing...but i know some fans couldn't stay..

Yeah Bryce on Friday was ridiculous as well, I started queuing at 10:30am and didnt get to him until 5pm, it’s far too long for everyone

That sucks man, I was in the general queue since half 9, then waited until about 2pm-ish when they went on a break and to go do the panel. The staff gave us each queue number tickets for when the break was over so we’d have priority. I got 72 and still ended up waiting nearly 2 hours while people at like #20 waited even longer. Total mess

I’m so glad to hear people talking about the accessibility queue we were told to come back at 4, we come back at 4 waited till 6 I felt to unwell to sit there any longer we had to get a refund

Oh mate we got there before 10 and was cadged up until gone 12.30 the standard Q would have been faster I kicked off and suddenly they started to take disability through it was so wrong the woman told us all vip had to go before disability seriously wrong

I was in the queue from about 2 until I finally got to him at 7, we were watching the staff let people queue jump, there was no communication between staff members, and even less communication with the public

This happens every year with at least one guest, it’s always very unorganised with autographs. I met Neil Newbon last year, luckily with accessibility they let us come and go so we weren’t spending the whole day waiting.

I was gonna go, not for Charlie as I already met him years ago but for others, Im glad I didnt, been seeing allot of bad reviews for that weekend, Ive been to mcm before like ones in Manchester, Birmingham and London and never really had a problem but seems like there's some stuff thry need to improve on

This happened May 2025 with David Tennant I made a video explaining this. I can’t believe MCM would let this happen again after so many people complained then. There supposed to be bringing acessablity people every third I think or something like that. It’s what I was told by every acess officer I’ve delt with when meeting guests. MCM really messed up with guests on Saturday. Byrce Papernbrook his autographs were sold out they didn’t put out a message or anything so nobody knew until they got there and got disappointed. I got too meet him because I prepaid. My friend she wouldn’t have gotten to do so if it weren’t for me doing that.
