The last time we took our dog to the beach before his steak day I lost my keys. He found them before I even realized they had fallen out of my pocket, tried to take a different trail back but he INSISTED on walking back the way we came. Went right over to the keys laying in the sand, looked up at me and huffed. Life’s harder without him.

Lost my keys after a couple miles hiking on a local creek. Didn’t find them. A few months later and another mile down the same creek, a small child no older than 10 came up to me with my mud caked keys and said “I think these are yours” and he only knew bc he saw my mini cooper parked up top and they have the mini cooper fob still attached. The fob still worked. 😁
