i have encountered this on several occasions in my farm But this is not necessary sometimes the cause is our floor cause most poultry farms are cemented plain which makes the floor slippery for the chicks If your floor is not smooth but rough it makes there finger nails stalks or hold it more on the floor it causes it and make them more uncomfortable in the poultry farm
