I get where your coming from here, BUT, it’s not entirely bad, it just depends on how you go about, for me personally it’s just a way of saying “hey, I’ve went through this before, your not alone in this, it’s ok :3” but then there “hey I also went through this, it was so much worse” it just REALLY depends on how you phrase things

lowkey, I kinda think it's okay if it only happens once or twice. like, we're all human. sometimes we don't know how to handle a situation, and for neurodivergent people like me, sometimes we try to show sympathy through connection and relating to people. it's only a problem if it becomes a pattern
