She absolutely has as much right as anyone else to see him. What she doesn’t have the right to do is make a cast member uncomfortable or monopolize an interaction that is meant to be shared with ALL guests. She has every right to have her moment … not the entire guest interaction. There are kids waiting who may have been dreaming about meeting Peter Pan, and they shouldn’t miss out on their own magical moment because one adult is unwilling to recognize boundaries and move along. Loving a character is one thing; making the cast member uncomfortable and taking time away from other guests is another. There’s a huge difference between being enthusiastic and crossing a line.
