@youarereality: A negative thought only becomes powerful when you treat it as evidence. Your mind produces thoughts constantly, some aligned with your desired reality, some inherited from the old state, some completely meaningless. If every thought independently created reality, conscious manifestation would be impossible. What matters is the internal structure beneath the thought, your identity, assumptions, expectations and what you fundamentally accept as true. This is why fighting negative thoughts can actually give them more importance than they deserve. You notice a thought that contradicts your manifestation, decide it must mean something, then start checking your internal world to see whether you are still “aligned”. Now the thought has become evidence about who you are. Instead, recognise the distinction. A thought can appear within awareness without becoming part of the contents of awareness you consistently identify with. Your identity is deeper than a passing mental sentence. When you KNOW who you are, contradiction does not require correction every five minutes. The old thought can appear and you remain where you decided to be. Reality reflects the internal state that becomes your baseline, not every temporary movement across the surface of your mind. You do not need mental perfection.
