@bbcnews: The world's oceans hit their hottest ever recorded temperatures for July, partly fuelled by developing El Niño conditions in the Pacific, according to the EU's climate monitoring service. Scientists say El Niño may temporarily push global temperatures even higher. Its effects are being felt against a backdrop of man-made warming, particularly the burning of fossil fuels. The world is now about 1.4C warmer on average than it was in the late 19th Century. #Indonesia #Climate #ElNino #Environment #BBCNews

I find this surprising because this structures sitting under water aren't ancient, they are mordern so when did this happen and who were those living there.

We’re so lucky to be living in such a warm period. Most of earth history has been ice age and we’ll end up back there again. So enjoy this while you can

While we can talk about climate change… how about the fact that there was a village here, meaning hundreds of years ago, there was no water here at all... meaning the Earth ebs and flows. Always changing!!!!
