If you look closely you can see that Sukuna's anatomy is different from Canon. Sukuna in Canon has 2 sets of breasts, and shoulders stacked on top of each other whilst Hokazono drew him with the arms 1 infront of the other connecting.

The main cast was actually pretty lucky Kamutoke was confiscated. Except for Kashimo, the tool would Deal crazy damage if not immediatly kill, since lightning is very hard to reinforce against. Flick of the wrist and your buddy is dead. No Burnout, no output drop, no cooldown... Confiscating Kamutoke was probably even better than Shrine would have been
