@nadaxafm: The science behind the black-on-black study method 🖤 Here’s what I mean by each point: 1. Writing helps you process the information as you learn When I write something down, I’m not just copying it. I’m thinking about what it means and how I want to put it on the page. 2. Removing easy rereading prevents passive review Because the notes aren’t easy to read back, I know I can’t just look at them again later. That makes me focus more while I’m writing and actively try to remember the information as I go. 3. Retrieving the information gives your memory active practice Afterward, I try to bring the information back from memory instead of immediately checking the answer. That’s the part where my brain really has to do the work. 4. Where you place things on the page can become a memory cue Sometimes I remember where I wrote something, how I structured the page, or what was around it, and that helps me recall the information again. #studytok #studywithme #StudyTips #studyhacks #studymotivation

@nadaxafm - Do you just reuse the same book over in that case for 1 class?
